Roleplaying

Immerse yourself into the game by acting.
Roleplaying

So first off lets discuss what exactly is roleplaying? Well it is to immerse yourself into the game by acting like how your actual character would act, rather then as you would yourself in real life. You would do what your character would do, not what you would do or say in real life. Most people play ESO as just a game, yet it is a roleplaying game with other people. The Elder Scrolls universe has history, lore, religion, races, classes, monsters, etc.

Why Do We Roleplay in ESO

w

Roleplaying is fun. It can be serious and intense, or just comical and casual.

w

It enables you to create a background for your character which you give him/her a reason for existing in the Elder Scrolls universe.

w

The Elder Scrolls universe is rich with lore and content so why not experience all of it.

Think about it, you have been choosing everything about your character ever since you started playing. You chose his/her race, class, appearance; and you even continue to choose skills, abilities, attributes, weapons, armor, and even quest-line options. So take it to the next level and become your character because sometimes its just better than being yourself.

By participating in these events, it is up to you how serious or casual you want to be. It will also give you an opportunity to meet other guild members, develop relationships, and put faces to names. Many people say ESO makes it hard to develop relationships and friendships, yet this allows you to make very close in-game friends through event such as this. Which in turn instead of just seeing a random name in guild chat, you will now have a more vested interest in what they have to say, as you’ve seen and talked to them face-to-face. People are more apt to help one another once they’ve met and become friends. So get together and experience this and find out just how true it can be.
