Imperial City Districts Runs with Savage Hearts
Prerequisites
Access to Cyrodiil
Players can gain access to Cyrodiil the moment they reach level 10. Currently Cyrodiil auto levels your character to level Veteran 15, increasing your stats to an average at that level. So don’t be afraid that you are not high enough level to fight there.
Imperial City DLC
Players have to either be an ESO subscriber, or have purchased the Imperial City DLC from the crown store.
Ebonheart Pac
Because this is a PvP zone, you must be a member of the Ebonheart Pact, otherwise you are the enemy in this zone.
Gamevox
Gamevox is our guilds voice over internet protocol (VOIP), some players have experience with VOIPs such as Skype, Teamspeak, Ventrilo, Dolby Axon, etc., Gamevox is our VOIP. We require this for several reasons, primarily because the Districts are a PvE and PvP zone, and when being attacked by an enemy player we do not have time to type out that we are being attacked. A second reason we require a VOIP, is because many of the quests involve chains of actions that need to be performed to fulfill the quest, and it is much easier to explain these details via speech rather than typing it out.

Savage Hearts Campaigns
- Home – True Flame
- Guest – Haderus
Accessing Cyrodill
Open up your Alliance War Tab (Keyboard Keybind “L”), mouse to the top right to the Campaigns Symbol and left-click Campaigns, this opens the four current campaigns available. Now, left-click on 30 Day Standard, the 2nd one on the list, and you should see the Trueflame server to the right. Mouse over the Trueflame server and either use the keybind “E” or right click on Trueflame and select Enter Campaign. This will place you in the queue to enter Cyrodiil on the server we use most of the time. The wait time depends on the amount of traffic the server is currently experiencing.
Getting to the Imperial City Sewers
Cyrodiil is a land in constant flux. The three factions fight over control of resources and towers for access and control. Players will need to locate the transport shrine, and then travel to the closest Tower that our faction has control over, ({Cyrodiil Map} meaning the red lines interconnecting the web of access is hitting that Tower). For the most part we use Chalman Keep when we control it. After transporting to the keep you will need to exit the keep and travel overland to the closest Sewer Entrance and enter the Sewers {Imperial-City-Sewers-Entrance}.
Upon entering the sewers talk to General Nesh-Tan, who will have a quest marker above his head. Then you will talk to the Drake of Blades who will then have a quest marker on her head. After you have spoken to the Drake of Blades, do not accept any more of the quests in the sewers, we ask that you preform the district prerequisites in the order of the district dailies, if you pick up the quest from down in the sewers it is random, however, if you pick them up in the district themselves you can stay with the party doing dailies. Make your way to the District ladder room, this room also has the banker in it.

Starter Quests or Prerequisite Quests
As an Ebonheart Pact member doing the dailies, we start with Arena because Arena and Memorial are the closest sewer entrances to our home base, so we start with Arena and end up at Memorial if we go clockwise through the district maps. Climb the Arena ladder, there will be a bloody note with a quest marker on the platform. Pick up that quest. (If you have talked to the General and talked to the Drake of Blades and you do not see the note, then please check your Quest Log, look under Imperial City, if you have a quest there, please abandon that quest to pick up the Arena Quest.

- Go down the trapdoor into the Sewer base and turn the quest in with the Drake of Blades.
- Climb the ladder to the Arboretum and take the quest there.

- Return to the center room to the Drake of Blades, hold off some more Daedra from the portals. Then let her use her ultimate and kill the last wave.
- Talk to the Drake of Blades.
- Enter the portal back to the Sewer base.
- Turn the quest in. Now you are ready to do the dailies. But, because this is your first time, the dailies cannot be shared with you, you will have to climb each of the ladders and get the quests yourself.
Nice write-up Dart! If you haven’t completed your prerequisite quests, I would recommend you do prior to the Dark Brotherhood drop. There are going to be changes which I think will make them harder to complete, namely a sort of capture the flag where PVP groups control the district. It will also increase the cost of blood porting..a method we employ to speed up completing each district by those completing the initial quests. If you can’t join the big group on Friday or Saturday night, most weekdays you can pick up a group doing them. Join us on Game Vox
Very nice write up. It should help the new people out. Give them a good idea what to look forward to.
I noticed you didn’t explain how gruesome a job it is to blood port….
Newb: But dart I dont have the blood port skill!’
Dart: Yes you do, go kill yourself!
Newb: *choking sounds*
Dart: What in the hell are you doing!? Go kill yourself on some mobs!
Newb: *Silence*
Dart: Aww crap another person who took me literally….
This guide is fantastic.
